Grilled turkey breast sliced with green mango salad, Thai herbs
and coconut chilli paste dressing (W, G)

Grilled BBQ boneless chicken legs marinated in Thai style with
ground toasted rice in chilli sauce
Grilled duck breast in tamarind sauce with sautéed
pak choi and cashew nuts (N)
Fresh sea bass cooked in green curry with aubergines, courgettes,
butternut squash and sweet basil leaves
Grilled sirloin steak topped with red curry, mushrooms, fine beans
