Traditional Thai fish cakes with red curry paste, lime leaves & cucumber sweet chilli sauce
Grilled turkey breast with green mango, lemongrass and sweet chilli paste dressing

Stir-fried Ribeye with onion, mushroom, spring onion, sweet basil in black pepper sauce serve on the sizzling plate
Fresh sea bass cooked in green curry with aubergines, courgettes,
butternut squash and Thai sweet basil leaves
A typical chicken massaman curry in mild coconut flavored with potatoes, cashew nuts, crispy shallots and onions (N)
Roasted sliced duck breast with stir-fried chilli garlic, straw mushroom, bell pepper & holy basil leaves
Grilled boneless chicken leg with Teriyaki sauce and mixed green salad
